Our Pastor
Concurrently she has been appointed as Asia Missions Coordinator of the Japan Baptist Convention. She has taken up the challenge of nurturing and growing the church and reaching Japanese in Singapore with the Gospel. At the same time she has taken up the challenges of growing the Asian Baptist mission work network and encouraging Japanese Baptists to participate in mission work in Asia.
She graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, USA where she met many Asian friends. She worked at the Japan Baptist Convention as the Director of Church Education for 15 years. Prior to coming to Singapore, she was the pastor of Fujiyoshida Baptist Church for 10 years. The church is located in Yamanashi Prefecture at the foot of Mt. Fuji which was registered as a World Heritage Site 2013.
